Growing up in France, I discovered my passion for cooking at a very early age. At 16 years old, I trained professionally in France and trained in Michelin Star restaurants.

With 15 years of experience working in kitchens in France and the UK, I have honed my craft by blending classic techniques with innovative flavours. 

I am a passionate personal chef dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences that are as unique as your palate.
